Crewe is now in Pre-K!!

It has been WAY to long since my last post, but I will try and get back to it!!  This morning I met Crewe and his Pre-K class at the library for story time.

Softball 2012

 Softball season is FINALLY over!!  WHEW, it really ran me crazy this year.  I had a great group of girls this year and we made it to the first round of state playoffs....also came in second in our conference!!!

Way to go LADYCATS!!!!

 Crewe isn't actually old enough to play t-ball, but I wanted him to very very badly....so I got suckered into coaching the team so he could play!  Well, our first game was hilarious.  I don't think I have ever laughed that hard at a group of kids!!  Priceless for sure!!

Easter egg hunts!!

Well before we headed to the egg hunt we dyed our eggs.  Crewe always gets a kick out of this and usually just mixes everything together to see what colors he can make!!

Later that afternoon we headed to Phillipi Church of Christ for their egg hunt.  Crewe loves DavaGrey and wherever she went looking for eggs, he was right behind her!!

They put out over 500 eggs, filled with candy!!!!

Beach weekend

A couple of weeks ago, Mom, Ree, Kimmie< Crewebie and I went and stayed in Duck for the weekend!  We had a blast, and Crewe got so many now "yahs" and other toys from his Aunties and his Nana!!!  He is rotten and loved by so many!!!  Would n't change that at all!

Some random things about Papa

In celebration of Papa's birthday, I figured I would share a few random things about him!!
1)   Papa has 3 children (my oldest brother is Gene Ray, then Derek, and then me)
2)   Papa is VERY sensitive
3)   Papa needs his battery charged quite frequently (this means you have to give him lots of kisses)
4)   Papa works on Tuesday and Thursday at the Washington County food pantry.
5)   Papa is the bestest diddy in the entire world and I love him to pieces!!

Perfection

 This is my definition of perfection!  Last night, I went into our room to check on Crewe and he was sound asleep!  I had to grab my camera and take a picture, just look at those lil sweet cheek and those prefect pouty lips!!  I could just bite him!!!  Sorry just had to share

He just melts my heart...

Andy has been working so very hard lately fishing nets and getting everything ready for crabbing season.  Last night after a full day of work he fished and set nets and then got up at 4 am to go out and do it all again.  He is such an awesome man and father and I am super proud of him!  I am truly blessed to have him as my husband and best friend.  Needless to say, he has been exhausted at night and retires fairly early in the evening.  Last night, after he had gone to bed, I sat up for a lil bit longer to finish a movie (Something Borrowed, and it is a MUST see).  Crewe walked in and sat beside me, and said "Ma, I really could use another kiss and a big hug."  I just started balling, and I kissed and hugged that sweet baby boy until he was saying "OK ma, that's enough"!!  He is the sweetest thing!  So right there in that moment last night I prayed, I thanked the good and gracious Lord for allowing me to be this precious baby boy's mom, and thanked him so much for giving Crewe to me.  I am blessed to have Crewe and Andy in my life, and I thank you Lord for giving the both of them to me.

He really touched and melted my heart last night!  I love you to the moon and back, Crewebie!
